When it comes to teaching, collaboration is key. Students learn better and are more engaged when they’re working together on projects and tasks. That’s why using the right apps can be so important in the classroom.

Here are six apps to get your students collaborating your classroom:

  1. If you’re looking for an app that’s great for brainstorming, Popplet is a great option. Students can create mind maps and brainstorm ideas together using this app.
  2. If you’re looking for an app that’s great for tracking progress, Trello is a great choice. Students can create boards and cards to track tasks and progress on projects.
  3. Google Keep is a great app for note taking. Students can take notes together and easily collaborate on projects.
  4. Padlet is a great way for students to collaborate on projects. Students can post ideas, images, and videos to a shared wall, and they can then work together to edit and refine these posts.
  5. Google Docs/Sheets/Slides are all good for collaboration. Students can work together on a document in real-time, and they can easily see who is doing what. This are great apps for group projects.
  6. Jamboard is good for student collaboration because it’s a digital whiteboard. Students can brainstorm ideas and collaborate on projects on the Jamboard they created.

With so many great options available, it’s easy to find an app that’s perfect for student collaboration. These six apps (eight really) are a great starting point, but there are many more options available. So get collaborating and find the perfect app for your classroom!
